Managing Anxiety doesn't have to be rocket science

Negative thoughts and self defeating beliefs feed anxieties and stress in our lives. If left unchallenged, these destructive thoughts and anxieties have a way to permeate our relationships, work and innate peace.
Instead of letting them take control, it can be helpful to view anxiety as a cue to do a kind of a thought spring cleaning or in other words some Innerwork (which helps, by the way:) ).
Good news is that anxiety can be managed by practicing self awareness and thought management strategies. Working with a psychotherapist who specializes in a solution focused Cognitive Behaviour Therapy or CBT can be a starting point to learn tools to be manage unhealthy thought patterns from disabling us from taking healthy decisions and actions.
Here I am sharing an simple yet effective way to challenge 'catastrophizing' thought Pattern which is one of the most common cause of unhealthy worry and fear.
