My Approach 

Throughout my journey as Counselling Psychologist I see again and again that Innerwork Helps people have greater self-understanding, broader perspective toward life situations, develop resilience and stronger self-control and composure in emotionally difficult times. 

I facilitate my clients to get to a more empowered emotional posturing in their very own life situation by jointly exploring their problematic life situations in context of their values, goals as well childhood, past and present experiences, reassessing unhelpful beliefs perspectives, thoughts and detrimental behaviours. 

I integrate evidence-based and widely accepted therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), along with other therapeutic modalities tailored to the individual needs of each client. .

Prioritizing your confidentiality, privacy and autonomy, every counselling relationship is sought to be a safe space with each client and is collaborative and non-judgmental.

Whether you are going through a difficult phase, struggling with persistent emotional distress, or seeking personal growth and clarity, therapy can help you navigate challenges with greater confidence and support.
